By accessing or using our site or placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

“We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Sheetz Catering, operating under Sheetz, Inc. “You” and “your” refer to any individual or entity using our catering services or website. “Services” include food ordering, delivery, pickup, event catering, and all related support.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 16 years old to place an order. Account registration requires accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Sheetz Catering. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and select digital wallets. Payments are processed securely; no card data is stored on our servers. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup or delivery may incur a 25% fee.

4. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances do not entitle customers to refunds. Pickup orders must be collected within 30 minutes of the scheduled time; unclaimed orders may be canceled without refund. Delivery fees and minimum order requirements apply and vary by location.

5. Food Safety & Allergens

We follow strict food safety protocols, but cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation due to shared equipment. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions are advised to review ingredient information and contact us with questions before ordering. We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed or unverified dietary needs.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sheetz Catering is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the applicable order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on https://catering.sheetz.us, including logos, text, images, and design elements, is the property of Sheetz, Inc. and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
